Edmunds Restaurant is committed to protecting your personal information and being clear about what information we collect and how we will use it. This Privacy Notice explains how any personal information you provide is used and processed.
The information you provide to us when you book a table at Edmunds Restaurant is used to enable us to provide you with a table reservation for dining at our restaurant. We also use this information to monitor cancellations and reservations and to assess the quality of the dining experience we offer and it informs how we can improve our services in the future.
To make a booking we will ask you for your name, email address, a contact telephone number and any other special requests you may have in relation to your booking (wheelchair access required, high chair required, nut allergy or gluten free diet for example).
The lawful basis we will rely on to process this information is a legitimate interest which means that your data is only processed for explicit and legitimate purposes and is not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with that purpose; in order to complete your table reservation (your booking).

We will not keep this information for longer than necessary and it is not shared with other parties. In accordance with our privacy terms your information will be stored for 3 years following your last dining experience, after which it will be deleted. If you provide us with new information, we will update your details. If you do not want us to keep your information for this duration then please make this known to a member of staff who will inform the College’s Data Protection Lead for your data to be removed.
